If you require a refund, please return your undamaged product.
Simply return it with its packaging securely fastened and clearly addressed along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days from the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Only refund of the item will be offered - We are not liable for the cost of returns postage. Returns postage is to be paid by you.

All outbound shipping is free! This means that we will pay for your product to be shipped to you. You do not pay for this!We post all items via Australia Post with tracking.
All items are securely packed to arrive to you in excellent condition.
However, we will not pay for shipping costs in the event of good returned to us (please see Returns Policy)
Any returns postage is your responsibility and the items must be securely packed in the same/similar packaging as how they arrived to you.
Once the undamaged items are received and inspected and once we are satisfied as to their condition, a full refund will be given (excluding your returns postage costs).
